Return Policy
Returns for defective products are accepted within 14 days of purchase, buyer pays return shipping and either a full refund or store credit will be given once we acquire the package. ALL OTHER RETURNS (wrong color ,grain, pattern etc are buyers responsibility, samples are available upon request to ensure accuracy in all required aspects), are accepted within 14 days of order date, buyer pays return shipping and a %20 percent restocking fee will be issued and the remainder will be refunded way of purchase (credit card, PayPal ,etc). If a length is needed when ordering customer must state this AT TIME of order ex:continuous 10 yard piece, two 3 yard pieces etc. Products the purchaser has damaged/cut etc after initial sale are not accepted and not eligible for refund!
